Andrea
Andrea is a Licensed Esthetician / Certified Laser Technician and Advanced Aesthetics Educator with nearly 30 years' experience in the industry. Throughout her career, she has established businesses , trained licensed professionals internationally, and developed treatment protocols and device manuals now used by companies worldwide. She serves as a skincare distributor for global brands and has created Skin Remedy illumin-8, the BEST treatment room serum for needling & infusion, in collaboration with chemists in South Korea.
Andrea is deeply passionate about the research side of esthetics. She spends her free time studying legislation, ingredient efficacy, and emerging technologies.
Her newest project, and probably the most exciting of them all, is the Learning Center that's due to open Summer 2026! Andrea is building out a 5,000+ sqft campus located in Joplin Missouri that will be serving the esthetics community!
The Learning Center will include a large dedicated classroom, distribution center for in person shopping & an active spa & wellness center for the practical side of training!
Stephanie
Stephanie is a Licensed Esthetician with nearly ten years' experience in the beauty and wellness industry and is licensed as an esthetics educator in several states. She has been featured in Harper’s Bazaar and other respected beauty publications. Throughout her career, she has worked with a wide range of clientele—including celebrity and high-profile figures—and is recognized for her ability to blend clinical expertise with luxury technique.
At Advanced Aesthetics Source, Stephanie serves as the creative and educational lead, working alongside Andrea to streamline the practitioner experience and expand professional education opportunities. Her focus is on bridging innovation, accessibility, and artistry—empowering estheticians to build confidence, elevate their craft, and thrive within a supportive, growth-driven community.
Ari
Ari is a deeply respected esthetician in the industry, known for her strong belief in the science of the skin. She is thoughtful, curious, and intentional in her approach. Thoroughly testing products, asking the right questions, and continuously seeking growth and deeper understanding. Ari is well known for her dreamy facial massage techniques and barrier-supportive philosophy. Based in Hawaiʻi, she also brings valuable insight into skincare for warm, humid, and tropical environments.
At Advanced Aesthetics Source, Ari contributes to our educational community through intentional content, product and treatment highlights, and shared insights rooted in real-world experience. Whether spotlighting what she’s currently loving or offering guidance through thoughtful one-on-one conversations, Ari supports estheticians in deepening their understanding of skin health and refining their approach with confidence and clarity.
Jaqueline
Jaqueline is a Licensed Esthetician with a deep passion for Korean skincare and corrective treatments. After graduating esthetics school, she took a leap of faith and went solo—building her business from the ground up with a focus on results-driven, professional Korean skincare. Fascinated by the balance between science, tradition, and skin health, she’s spent years perfecting her approach and sharing her love for Korean skincare through education, creativity, and community engagement.
At Advanced Aesthetics Source, Jaqueline leads social media and content development, crafting authentic, educational, and inspiring digital experiences that highlight the transformative power of Korean skincare. Her goal is to bridge the gap between professional information and creative storytelling—helping estheticians feel confident, inspired, and empowered to bring these results to their own treatment rooms.
